Hello, I’m Sasha and I’d love to help captivate your market! I began my photography journey in 2011, taking photos of my daughter and the nature in Guam. I got a camera then because the Navy sent my family and I to such beautiful places, but I could not afford professional pictures; we loved exploring what each place had to offer and wanted to capture those moments. For me, photography will always be for the art and the fun of it. I remember being a child and my mother chasing down sunrises and sunsets with her film… of course I was annoyed then, and now I harass my own children the same way! I could not have been luckier to be surrounded with great photographers who helped me grow as an artist on such a beautiful island.

In 2015, we relocated to North Padre Island, TX, and I began working in property management. I had no background in the work itself but creating an experience that people wanted to return to was something I took to naturally, thanks to my love for traveling and the experiences I’ve had in all types of places. My photography background intersected with the need for real estate and marketing photography in my industry, and Coastal Captures was created.

My husband, Benjamin, gave up the Navy submarine life after twenty years to fly a drone, capturing video and photography all over this amazing new island we now call home. Our favorite thing to do is travel, experience new places, and eat. Ultimately this drives our passion for capturing our client’s vision, and your clientele.
